  • Configure a host of core and derived variables, viz. eligibility, employment profile, Loan-To-Value ratios, FOIR/DIR etc.

Workflow Engine

Multiple workflows can be configured for different product/segment/ geography/channel combinations allowing lenders to cater to ‘micro markets’ as opposed to a monolith structure. Similarly, originators can configure multiple lender-specific workflows. This is further supported with increased operational visibility at a micro-service level for simpler debugging of issues.

  • Front-end configuration allows multiple workflows to be easily set up across functions viz. Sales, Credit Operations etc. as well as across multiple lender-product combinations.

Socio Economic Profile Credit Score

Built on the underlying premise that the socio-economic context of a borrower is an essential data ingredient for credit assessment, Socio Economic Profile (SEP) credit score uses a range of macro-economic (non-PII) data and advanced analytics to compute a Socio Economic Profile credit score delinquency prediction based on the borrower’s residence location. This can then be flexibly used by a lender in their credit rules / scoring models, for better delinquency prediction at an individual application level. This is particularly value-enhancing in respect of first-time (new-to-credit) borrowers for whom there is no/limited credit bureau data. SEP can also help lenders craft custom-calibrated micro-segmentation for business expansion or even collections’ strategies.
