Job Overview
This is a techno functional role that demands developing a deep understanding of the
domain, the ICM product & technical solutioning. As part of high performance Customer
Success & Customer Championing teams, you will drive client engagements on a day to
day basis. You will understand existing processes of the client, help automate them by
providing efficient solutions on the ICM platform. You will collaborate effectively with
client teams, partner organizations and your own team within IncentiHub.
