This role would require you to deliver generic and customer specific module enhancements of the SW platform in agile release cycles. You will also support the client solution teams with troubleshooting, bug fixes and patches as and when required.
JOB HOLDER RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
Understanding business requirements and translate it into product requirement
Strong Programming skills and strong on data structures
Strong in Java stack of technologies - core Java, J2EE, Spring, Jersey, Hibernate like frameworks
Strong in designing and architecture. Strong in design patterns, multi-thread applications.
Strong database skills, SQL, database design, migration, backups etc
Knowledge of AWS services
Knowledge on webservers, deployments, api documentation, QA etc
Good knowledge on Version control (SVN, GIT or similar)
working knowledge of project management tools, bug reporting tools, QA tools is expected.
Knowledge on Front end technologies like HTML, CSS, JS and frameworks will be an advantage
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies is an added advantage Ownership for dev & release of modules / sub modules

BE/B tech or equivalent
4 years of SW development experience, preferably with atleast 1-2 years in a product dev environment in a complex buisness application domain. (~ 2 years exp for Developer, ~4 years for Sr Developer)
